the pool looked so clear with wonderful mountain views. my room had a balcony, perfect to enjoy the peace. the staff always smiled. the hotel helped arrange a car easily for local trips, it was really convenient.
the gym only had a few machines, it felt a little small.

staff assisted with baggage upon arrival and were very kind. the reception was available 24 hours and always offered help. room service was prompt; requests were handled well.

the room had two big beds and a lovely bathroom. it included all accessories. dinner was enjoyable with a great selection of goods to try.. the pool area was amazing. we had the pool all day to ourselves.
the food quality at the buffet was average. there was a lack of pastries. the service felt slow. it was a mediocre food quality overall.

The staff was SUPER lovely and helped me with EVERYTHING. I stayed in the new part, fantastic. The rooms were very luxurious and the rooftop pool was AMAZING. I also used the gym. It was very good for a hotel.
The buffet food was just ok with meats that were always very tough in most dishes.. I found the dining room noisy and a bit hectic.

The fitness center features treadmills and stationary bikes. The outdoor pool includes ample loungers and shaded areas. A business center is equipped with computers and printers, GREAT for catching up on work.

The hotel staff stated there was no nightclub called Lavo though it was advertised on their website. Our room had a nice balcony however it lacked seating. I did not enjoy the dinner buffet. I also did not enjoy the breakfast buffet. I recommend planning to eat outside the hotel.

the staff were friendly and the restaurant provided meal options.
the room looked a bit dated and in need of some refurbishing. the gym had leakage issues that needed to be addressed. room soundproofing was another concern, i could hear noises from adjoining rooms.
